ABOUT EVENT
The Baikal International Partners Forum 2021 - is a unique event in the world of the economy and business of the Irkutsk region. In 2021, BIPF is held for the second time with support from the Government of Irkutsk region, Legislative Assembly of Irkutsk region, Irkutsk city Administration, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The Forum is included in the Plan of International events of the Irkutsk area for 2021 in the direction of "Economy, Exhibition and trade fair activities".
BIPF-2021 purposes are consolidation of business community of Irkutsk region, Russian regions and foreign countries for the development of international and interregional cooperation, international investments promotion into the regional economy, presentation of economic, investment and industrial potential of Irkutsk region.
The main themes of the Forum business program will be: investments in regional projects and business scaling in the areas of retail and online trade, franchising, international trade, the development of the digital economy and the problems of mining legalization, as well as new challenges for business in the forest sector. At present, a preliminary collection of investment projects summaries is being conducted, which will be considered by an expert group of specialists from leading banks and funds.
Authorities at all levels, diplomatic departments, banking institutions, business associations and export-oriented companies from Russia, China, Korea, Mongolia, Germany, the Republic of Belarus and other countries will take part in BIPF-2021.
A distinctive feature of the BMFP-2021 is the individual work on encourage potential partners to b2b negotiations, which is focused on the regions of the Ural, Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts, the CIS countries and Southeast Asia.

5) Organization of production of phenol-formaldehyde, urea - and melamino-formaldehyde resins used in the production of moulded wood products – plywood, chipboard, MDF and other products using formaldehyde obtained on the basis of a domestic iron-molybdenum catalyst for the oxidation of methanol into formaldehyde as an example of import substitution in terms of complex (waste-free) wood processing.
